Side airbag sensors, function - GF91.60-P-4009-02A

Model 129 as of 1.9.95, models 140, 170, 202, 210, model 208 

The side airbag sensors sense the acceleration acting in the lateral direction of the vehicle in the event of a side collision and initiate a logic check in the ETR control module with airbag (N2/2). If the values coincide a triggering signal is sent to the side airbag squibs (R12/9 and R12/10).
