Retrofitting navigation processor for APS - AN82.61-P-7410-05B

Model 170 

1. Convert bracket for navigation processor (30) according to figure.
2. Drill mounting hole (31) with 6.5 mm dia. bit.

3. Mark hole pattern for navigation processor according to figure and drill with 5.5 mm dia. bit.
4. Repaint bracket.

Only when navigation processor is installed in spare wheel recess 

5. Install navigation processor (A2/30) on bracket with 4 screws (32).
6. Connect wiring harness and antenna.
7. Insert bracket according to figure, mark mounting holes (33) and drill.

Only when navigation processor is installed in trunk 

8. Insert bracket according to figure, mark mounting holes (33) and drill.
9. Cut trunk paneling out in area of navigation processor (A2/30).
10. Install bracket with short sheet metal screws.

    Insert sheet metal screws with sealant.

11. Cut trunk paneling at bottom (34) according to figure.
