Removing and installing fuse and relay box - AR54.15-P-1255EC: Notes

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removal, installation     
1 Disconnect ground lead from battery   AR54.10-P-0003A 
2 Remove cover (1) on fuse and relay box (F1)    
3 Unclip cover (3)    
4 Unclip fuse blocks (A-D) IMPORTANT Pry carrier (4) for fuse blocks and relays out as far as possible and unclip fuse blocks (A-D) from carrier.  
5 Remove closing confirmation relay (K54) from carrier (4) together with holder    
6 Disconnect leads from fuse boxes and fuse blocks SPECIAL TOOLNOTES Disconnect leads only when replacing entire fuse and relay box. Tie disconnected leads from individual fuse boxes or blocks together and mark to prevent mix-up.

IMPORTANTInstallation: 
Connect leads to fuse boxes or blocks: ↓
AR54.15-P-1255-01EB 
    Models 170, 202 as of 1.12.94, 210 AR54.15-P-1255-02EB 
REFER TO BASIC KNOWLEDGE Assignment and wire connections to fuse blocks   GF54.15-P-1255ED 
7 Disconnect connectors IMPORTANT Separate continuous leads at connectors or on component  
8 Remove cycle module (5)    
9 Remove pedal covering    
10 Unhook control cable for unlocking engine compartment in passenger compartment and tie back NOTES Do not kink  
11 Unscrew nuts (2) IMPORTANT From inside of vehicle  
12 Remove fuse and relay box (F1) IMPORTANT Check gasket (6) for damage and replace, if necessary  
13 Reinstall in opposite order
