Removing and installing rear rubber mounts in rear axle center assembly mounting - AR35.10-P-0050-02I

Removing rubber mounts 

  1. From the front, measure and note down press-in depth of jacket of both rubber mounts (62) in rear axle carrier using a depth gauge.

  2. Pull both rubber mounts (62) out of rear axle carrier. To do this, use sleeve (062p), thrust piece (062q) and bolt 117mm long.

    Installing rubber mounts 

    IMPORTANT

    Insert rubber mounts into rear axle carrier from the front so that the smooth surface (arrow) is facing the front.

  3. Pull both rubber mounts (62) into rear axle carrier from front to rear until the previously measured press-in depth is obtained. To do this, use thrust piece (062q), sleeve (062I) and bolt 146mm long.

  4. Check press-in depth of rubber mounts (62) and correct if necessary, see step  3.
