INSPECT Checking
1 Check play between stops (1, 2) and backrest (5) IMPORTANT There must be no play between the stops (1, 2) and the backrest. The backrest (5) must engage fully and there must only be a small amount of play in the lock when locked.
  Adjusting
2 Move seat cushion (6) as far forward as possible
3 Unhook the upholstery from the front tensioner below the seat and push the backrest (5) upward from the back
4 Adjust stops (1, 2) by turning the eccentric bolts (3, 4) IMPORTANT Eccentric bolts (3,4) can only be turned clockwise.
If the backrest (5) does not engage, the play between the stops (1, 2) and the backrest must be increased. If there is too much play in the backrest (5), reduce the amount of play. Check that the backrest locking mechanism engages fully using the microswitch in the multifunction display.
