Retrofitting pressure reservoir and pneumatic lines - AN91.25-P-0001-06M

  1. Glue self-adhesive felt mats (2) to the pressure expansion reservoir (1) on surface areas as chafe guard as shown in figure.

  2. Slightly crimp edge with rubber hammer (arrow), so that the pressure expansion reservoir (1) cannot be chafed by the edge of the sheet metal panel.
  3. Fabricate foam rubber elements (5) according to dimensions a = 60 mm and b = 30 mm and install pressure expansion reservoir (1) with foam rubber elements (5) as shown in figure.

    IMPORTANT The pressure expansion reservoir (1) should be seated firmly in its position.

  4. Cut pneumatic line for multi-contour backrest (6) and shrink both ends on the T-connector (3).

    IMPORTANT Install pneumatic line for the multi-contour backrest (6) on front-most plug location of bottom connector strip b  of PSE control module (A37).

  5. Install fabricated line on T-connector (3) and route through reinforcement panel (arrow) toward rear to pressure expansion reservoir (1).

  6. Glue self-adhesive felt mat (2) to connection area of pneumatic line (4) on reinforcement plate (arrow).
  7. Install pneumatic line (4) on pressure expansion reservoir (1) and fasten pneumatic line with cable strap.
