Removing and installing air cushions in multicontour backrest - AR91.25-P-1740N

MODEL 215 with CODE (404a) Left multicontour seat with CODE (405a) Right multicontour seat

	Removing, installing
1	Remove backrest cover		AR91.18-P-1820N
2	Remove spreading rivet (1) at top from backrest frame
3	Press lugs (2) of insert out of tensioning wire together with air cushion (15) on backrest frame on right and left.	Ensure that lugs are not damaged.
4	Unhook tensioning straps (3) of side air cushion (10) from hooks (4) on backrest frame on right and left
5	Press locks (7) and (8) in direction of arrow and pivot pneumatic line multi-point connector (9) to side.
6	Remove cable straps (17)	Installation:  Use new cables straps.
7	Remove pneumatic lines from connection element (6).	Installation:  Route pneumatic lines through lugs (5).
8	Remove spreading rivets (16).
9	Remove insert with air cushions (15) from backrest frame	Insert with air cushions (15) is hooked in at bottom-most tensioning wire (see arrows).
10	Remove side air cushions (10) from side supports (11)	Unhook side air cushions (10) from hooks (12 to 14) Installation:  Ensure that side air cushions (10) are seated tightly.
11	Install in the reverse order
12	Check multicontour seat backrest for proper function.
