Remove/install front axle level sensors - AR82.10-P-0004I

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/Install     
NOTES Replace self-locking nuts and bolts    
1.1 Remove front wheels Vehicles with AIRmatic (Code 489a) AP40.10-P-4050Z
2 Disconnect connectors at front left and right level sensors (B22/8, B22/9)    
3 Unscrew nut (86c) on connecting rod (86) from front left and right level sensors (B22/8, B22/9) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA82.10-P-1002-01A 
4.1 Unscrew nut (86b) on connecting rod (86) from upper wishbone (6) and remove connecting rod (86) Vehicles with AIRmatic (Code 489a)
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Attach connecting rod (86) to the outermost hole (f) on the upper wishbone (6)
 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA82.10-P-1001-01A 
5 Unscrew bolts (86d) on retaining plate (86a) and remove front left and right level sensors (B22/8, B22/9) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA82.10-P-1003-01A 
6 Install in the reverse order    
7 After replacing the level sensors, calibrate vehicle level with Star Diagnosis (level calibration)
