Brake Caliper (Front & Rear Floating): Disassembly

1. Press out caliper piston (47) carefully with compressed air. Insert stop block in brake caliper.
2. Remove dust cap (45) from caliper (31a or 31b). See Fig 1 .
3. Remove piston seal (50) from groove in cylinder bore.
4. Remove guide bushes (31f).
