	Disassemble/assemble
1	Remove input shaft.		AR33.30-P-0100GX
2	Remove both hose clamps (1) on rubber boot (2)
3	Push back rubber boot (2)
4	Detach constant velocity joint (4) from the drive shaft	Press spring washer (3) apart and drive constant velocity joint (4) off the drive shaft using a plastic-headed hammer. Assembly: Fill constant velocity joint (4) with long-life grease.

	Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by handling hot or glowing objects.	Wear safety gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, if necessary.	AS00.00-Z-0002-01A
5	Press off bush (5) using a suitable press and assembly plate	Assembly: Heat bushing (5) to between 160 and 180°C.

6	Clean parts	Cold degreasing agent/cold cleaning solvent HAKU 1025-920	*BR00.45-Z-1051-04A
	Checking
7	Check all parts for damage and wear and replace if necessary
8	Assemble in the reverse order
