Dismantle, assemble drive shaft. - AR33.30-P-0700A

MODEL 460, 461, 463 (except, 461.331, 463.270 /271)

REMOVING Removing     
1 Remove input shaft.   AR33.30-P-0100A 
DISASSEMBLINGASSEMBLING Disassemble/assemble     
2 Remove both hose binders (1) on the rubber boot (2) and slide back rubber boot    
3 Detach joint piece (4) from the drive shaft IMPORTANT Press spring washer (3) apart and drive joint off the drive shaft using a plastic-headed hammer.  
IMPORTANTInstallation: 
Pack joint with lubricant.

MPECIAL TOOL Fig 2
4 Press off bush (5) using a suitable press and assembly plate IMPORTANTInstallation: 
Heat cylinder liner up to 160-180°C.

5 Clean all parts, check and replace if necessary    
6 Assemble in the reverse order    
INSTALLING Install     
7 Install input shaft   AR33.30-P-0100A
