	Removal, installation
1	Remove head restraint
2	Remove tensioning element on front seat backrest
3	Press catch (arrow) on guide (1 or 2) with screwdriver and pull guide up and out
4	Carefully insert guide (1 or 2) into backrest frame with the catch (arrow) pointing toward rear	Do not damage backrest cover Long guide (with release button) must be installed on left side
5	Arrest guide (1 or 2) in backrest frame
6	Continue to reinstall in opposite order
