Retrofitting wiring harness for additional receiver - AN80.30-P-0001-01A

  1. Cut through cables (3) individually and staggered at an adequate distance from the plug connector of the infrared control module in housing (4).

    (Socket 2 gn/br, 7 gn/vi and 11 gn/sw; take plug socket out of housing (4) for this purpose)

  2. Twist ends of cable and connect to each other using connector sleeves (soldered joint) (2) with shop-made wiring harness (1) by fitting on the connector sleeves and creating the connection by using a hot air blower for electrical engineering plastics (heat connector sleeves until the solder is seen to run).
  3. Route wiring harness (1) up to the installation point of the additional receiver and attach it to the existing wiring harness with cable straps.

  4. Solder the cable ends of the wiring harness (1) to the additional receiver with contact jacks and insert into the socket (see table for connection).

IMPORTANT The socket assignment is stamped on the plug connector of the additional receiver.
