Retrofitting navigation processor for APS - AN82.61-P-7410-05I

Model 210.2 

1. Remove molding on loading edge.
2. Loosen paneling (40) on load compartment cover and lift.
3. Drill passage hole (arrow), dia. 18 mm, in paneling.
4. Route tie-out to navigation processor from auto-pilot system wiring harness (1) and antenna extension wire (11) to load compartment.

5. Convert bracket for navigation processor (30) as shown in figure.
6. Drill mounting hole (31) with a 6.5 mm dia. bit.

7. Mark hole pattern for navigation processor according to figure and drill with 5.5 mm dia. bit.
8. Repaint bracket.

9. Install navigation processor (A2/30) on bracket with 4 screws (32).
10. Connect wiring harness (1) and antenna.
11. Insert bracket according to figure, mark mounting holes (33) and drill.
12. Install bracket with short sheet metal screws.

    Insert sheet metal screws with sealant.
