  1. Fasten GPS antenna (2) directly to windshield with double-sided tape in the center of the instrument panel between the defroster nozzles (arched surface pointing toward front of vehicle).

  2. Slide antenna lead (3) between windshield and instrument panel with plastic wedge and route along left A-pillar below instrument panel to radio shaft.

    IMPORTANT Tie back excessive length below instrument panel.

  3. Insert TxD data line (ws) into chamber 16 and RxD data lead (bl) into chamber 15 of connector housing (C3) from parts set.

  4. Solder brown wire (br) from GPS antenna to lead for radio connector (A) chamber 8 and insulate.
  5. Solder black wire (sw) from GPS antenna to lead for radio connector (A) chamber 7 and insulate.
