1. Insert red (rt) lead into free chamber for fuse 3 from rear fuse box (F4).
2. Route wiring harness (1) to right cable duct.
3. Route long tieout (1a) with brown/gray lead for left door contact below rear seat (see dotted line) to left B-pillar base and fasten.

   Fasten wiring harness tieout (1a)below rear seat with felt strips in bead.

4. Expose brown/gray (br/gr) lead from wiring harness from left door contact and check.
5. Connect brown/gray (br/gr) lead from wiring harness (1) to brown/gray (br/gr) lead from wiring harness from left door contact and insulate (see magnified section).

6. Route short tieout from wiring harness with brown/blue (br/bl) lead in right cable duct up to B-pillar.
7. Expose connection lead for right door contact and tie out brown/blue (br/bl) lead.
8. Solder brown/blue lead (br/bl) from wiring harness to brown/blue (br/bl) lead from right door contact and insulate (see magnified section).

9. Route converter (7), 2-pin plug connector (10) and 2-pin connector for illuminated strip (11) forward to the associated cable duct and position.

   2-pin connector for illuminated strip (11)can be connected to illuminated strip later.
