Check mounts of rear shelf, rework if necessary - AR68.30-P-4580-01MB

Inspect 

1. Measure height of mount (1).

   Specified value: Dimension A = 75 ± 3 mm

   With a deviation (actual value larger than specified value), rework mounts accordingly.

   Reworking 

2. Cover rear window in working area with cardboard.

   Cover rear window carefully to prevent damage to the foil of the rear window.

3. Expand mount (1) in the center using 2 large screwdrivers until dimension A is reached.

   Slide slotted wooden block (3) onto upper cross rib to prevent bending of the mount (1) in this area.

   Use wooden block (2) as a counter-bearing for the screwdriver.
