Definition
Desychronization makes the counter status for the position measurement invalid.
Function
Desynchronization occurs when:
- The overhead control panel control module (N70) has been separated from the power supply (e.g. by disconnecting the battery, removing and installing the control module) or
- an error is recognized in the position measurement or
- a lock-up of the drive is recognized or
- the sliding/pop-up roof (SR) (M12) is moved manually (e.g. with steel crank) or
- a defective excessive force limiter is recognized
In all these cases, the relationship between the counter status in the overhead control panel control module (N70) and the actual position of the sliding/pop-up roof (SR) (M12) is no longer correct. For this reason synchronization is required.
In the desynchronized state operation of the sliding/pop-up roof (SR) (M12) is limited.
It is then only possible to open the sliding/pop-up roof, whereby actuation of the SR motor (M12m1) is only possible for a short time, max. 1 s. For further actuation the switch must be released and actuated again
