Thrust Arm: Removal
NOTE:
Letters and numbers in parenthesis correspond to letters and numbers in illustrations.
- Raise and support vehicle. Remove thrust arm cover. Remove thrust arm-to-axle carrier bolt. See Fig 1. Remove thrust arm-to-wheel carrier bolt with recess washer.
- Turn thrust arm on rear axle carrier downward. Force clamping sleeve from wheel carrier. Remove thrust arm. Replace thrust arm assembly if rubber mounts are worn or damaged.
