Install side roof paneling and weld in - AR65.10-P-1020-03PC

TEST VALUES FOR GAP DIMENSIONS ON HOODS, DOORS AND LIDS

  1. Apply MB body sealant to foam components (cross-hatched areas).

  2. Fit roof paneling at side and fix in place.
  3. Connecting points for side roof paneling SHIELDED GAS SEAM WELD (areas A, B and C).
  4. Side roof paneling POLARIZATION RESISTANCE SINGLE-ROW SPOT WELD (areas D and E).

  5. Rivet side roof paneling with flat head steel/steel rivets, 6x14 mm (areas F and G).
  6. Side roof paneling SHIELDED GAS PLUG WELD (area H).
  7. Grind inert gas welds down flat.
  8. Fill side roof paneling with solder in cross-hatched areas and smooth.
