Retrofitting radio wiring harness - AZ82.60-P-0003-01P

Prepare radio wiring harness chamber C (30) and antenna lead (31) as shown in figure.

Route wiring harness (30 and 31) along present leads in vehicle as shown in figure.

Route wiring harness tie-out (30) and antenna lead (31) to radio (A2) and connect.

Route wiring harness (30) and antenna lead (31) in wiring duct in front of driver and passenger seat as shown in figure.

Fig 4: Identifying Radio, CD Changer, Voltage Distributor Connector And Wakeup Signal Connector
Route blue/black (bl/sw) leads for wiring harness (30) to wakeup signal connector (X30/8) on right A-pillar and insert into chambers 1 and 2 for black connector.
If a black connector with blue/black (bl/sw) leads is not present connect connector already present at the wiring harness (30) to the connector strip as wakeup signal plug connector (X30/8).

Route tie-out to CAN voltage distributor connector (X30/7) into area of left A-pillar and connect to next free plug location on distributor.

Only on vehicles to be equipped with CD player with changer in glove compartment.

Route tie-out for wiring harness (30) to CD player with changer (A2/6) into glove compartment through passage.
On vehicles without CD player with changer (A2/6) tie back this tie-out just behind the radio.

Route antenna lead (31) in left wiring duct to intermediate frequency antenna module connector (X1/20) to left C-pillar and connect.
