Removing bottom rear window - AR67.20-P-3600-01PB

Risk of injury from slipping when clamping blade in the multicutter and from glass splinters when cutting out bonded windows 

Always interrupt air supply when inserting or removing blade. 

Wear protective gloves and eye protection.

  1. Mark separation lines (A, B, C) at bottom window of tailgate

  2. Saw bottom rear window along upper separation line (A) COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS .
  3. Saw bottom rear window along side (B) and bottom (C) separation line COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS .

  4. Separate glue bead at top edge from outside with blade SPECIAL TOOL
  5. Separate glue bead on stay below center high-mounted stop lamp (arrow) with SPECIAL TOOL blade from inside.

    NOTES Do not damage stay.

  6. Separate glue bead at side from outside with blade SPECIAL TOOL
  7. Separate glue bead along bottom edge from outside with blade SPECIAL TOOL .
