Cut out rear side window with cutting blade - AR67.30-P-4000-01PB

Risk of injury from slipping when clamping blade in the multicutter and from glass splinters when cutting out bonded windows 

Always interrupt air supply when inserting or removing blade. 

Wear protective gloves and eye protection.

1. Clamp cutting blade into multi-cutter .
2. Moisten oil stone and sharpen both sides of cutting blade with multicutter switched on.

   Move cutting blade closely along window surface to avoid damaging paint on B-pillar.

3. Cut out rear side window (1) from outside in cutting area (A).

   Lift seal with assembly wedge

   In order to prevent major paint damage below the rear side window (1), it is necessary for the helper to provide continuous information on the position of the cutting blade

4. Cut out rear side window (1) from inside with cutting blade in cutting area (B) .
5. Cut out glue material piece by piece in cutting area (C)

   During this operation, it is necessary for the helper to carefully push the rear side window (1) to the side.

6. Remove rear side window (1)
