Active service system (ASSYST), Mercedes-Benz driver information service - GF00.20-P-0003-02PA
This document provides an overview of the driver information that CAN-Be called up using the Active Service System (ASSYST) via in the multifunction display (A1p13) of the instrument cluster (A1). Unless otherwise specified, the display is in white font.
The following information can be displayed:
- Service interval
- Fault and warning message on engine oil
For most remaining time or remaining distance displays, the service scope (A or B; 1 or 2 or service symbols) are displayed.
The display language can be selected using the "Settings" function of the instrument cluster (A1).
Remaining distance of service interval to Service A in kilometers
This display is shown when the service indicator is manually loaded, or the warning threshold has been reached.
The distance is displayed in kilometers or miles.
This display does not appear if time-based servicing scheme is active. This can be the case for vehicles with low annual mileage.
Remaining distance to Service B in kilometers
This display is shown when the service indicator is manually loaded, or the warning threshold has been reached.
The distance is displayed in kilometers or miles.
This display does not appear if time-based servicing scheme is active. This can be the case for vehicles with low annual mileage.
Remaining distance of service interval to Service A in days
This display is shown for vehicles with low annual mileage when the service display is manually loaded, or when the warning threshold has been reached.
In most cases, the remaining distance is displayed.
Remaining distance of service interval to Service B in days
This display is shown for vehicles with low annual mileage when the service display is manually loaded, or when the warning threshold has been reached.
In most cases, the remaining distance is displayed.
Service interval for Service A exceeded
This display is shown as soon as the service interval has expired. The remaining distance or remaining time is now 0 km or 0 days, respectively. These values are not displayed.
Service interval for Service B exceeded
This display is shown as soon as the service interval has expired. The remaining distance or remaining time is now 0 km or 0 days, respectively. These values are not displayed.
If service interval A or B is exceeded by more than 100 km or one day, the "Perform Service A" display or "Perform Service B" display is replaced by the following displays.
Service interval for Service A exceeded (remaining distance), in kilometers
This display appears as soon as the service interval (remaining distance) is exceeded by more than 100 km.
The distance is displayed in kilometers or miles.
This display does not appear if time-based servicing scheme (remaining time) is active. This can be the case for vehicles with low annual mileage.
Service interval for Service B (remaining distance) exceeded, in kilometers
This display appears as soon as the service interval (remaining distance) is exceeded by more than 100 km.
The distance is displayed in kilometers or miles.
This display does not appear if time-based servicing scheme (remaining time) is active. This can be the case for vehicles with low annual mileage.
Service interval for Service A (remaining time) exceeded, in days
This display is shown as soon as the service interval (remaining time) has been exceeded by more than one day.
This display only appears if time-based servicing scheme (remaining time) is active. This can be the case for vehicles with low annual mileage
Service interval for Service B (remaining time) exceeded, in days
This display is shown as soon as the service interval (remaining time) has been exceeded by more than one day.
This display only appears if time-based servicing scheme (remaining time) is active. This can be the case for vehicles with low annual mileage.
Engine oil warning message
Check engine oil level during refueling stop
This message is displayed in yellow lettering if the engine oil level has reached "minimum", the oil level check switch (S43) is defective or the connection to the oil level check switch (S43) is interrupted.
