Deactivate anti-theft alarm system, function - GF80.50-P-2003PP
MODEL 203.0 /2 /7 with CODE (551) Anti-theft alarm system (ATA [EDW])
The anti-theft alarm system (ATA) is deactivated by:
- Unlocking vehicle with transmitter key (A8/1) or
- Inserting transmitter key (A8/1) into EIS control module (N73)
By transmitting the signals "Global unlocking" or "Selective unlocking" or by recognizing a valid transmitter key (A8/1) in the EIS control module (N73) the anti-theft alarm system (ATA) is deactivated by the rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2) and, if applicable, a triggered alarm is interrupted.

The alarm signal horn with additional battery (H3/1) outputs an acoustic feedback by buzzing once.
Trunk lid remote control:
The trunk lid remote control function only disarms the anti-theft alarm system (ATA) partially.

After closing the trunk lid, the anti-theft alarm system (ATA) is returned to the status before opening.
