Pressing out and attaching supporting joint at steering knuckle - AR33.20-P-0440-01PW

- Unscrew self-locking nut from supporting joint on steering knuckle (5).
Attach thrust piece (07a).
- Press off supporting joint using
puller (07).
Do not damage boot, otherwise lubricant will escape from the supporting joint. This results in increased wear.
Remove puller (07)
and thrust piece (07a).
- Clean tapered connection.
The cone and thread must be free of grease and oil
- Replace self-locking nut and screw on
. If necessary, counterhold ball head using an Allen wrench.
