NOTES Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts   AH00.00-N-0001-01A
DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1 Raise vehicle.   AR00.60-P-1000P
2 Support automatic transmission using assembly lift and transmission platform (01) COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS Transmission platform *WE58.40-Z-1018-11A 
3 Dismount rear engine mount (5) at rear engine crossmember (1), to do so unscrew nuts (4) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 203.081 /084 /281 /284 *BA22.10-P-1002-01R 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 203.087 /092 /287 /292 *BA22.10-P-1012-01S 
4 Remove rear engine crossmember (1), to do so unscrew bolts (2) and bolt (3) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 203.081 /084 /281 /284 *BA22.10-P-1003-01R 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 203.087 /092 /287 /292 *BA22.10-P-1006-01S 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 203.081 /084 /281 /284 *BA22.10-P-1007-01R 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 203.087 /092 /287 /292 *BA22.10-P-1013-01S 
5 Dismount rear engine mount (5) at transfer case TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 203.081 /084 /281 /284 *BA22.10-P-1006-01R 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 203.087 /092 /287 /292
IMPORTANT Observe the environmental protection regulations for the disposal of engine mounts. Dispose engine mounts into mixed scrap.		 *BA22.10-P-1004-01S 
6 Install in the reverse order
