	Remove, install
1	Remove air cleaner housing	Engine 111.955	AR09.10-P-1150PK
		Engine 111.951	AR09.10-P-1150PR
2.1	Remove recirculated air flap actuator	Only for Engine 111.955	AR09.50-P-8842PK
3	Remove air inlet pipe (1)
4	Detach hood cable
5	Take off clips (3) of air guide
6	Detach cable strap (4) at front end crossmember
7	Unscrew screws (5)
8	Unscrew screws (6)
9	Unscrew retaining pin (7) on right and left
10	Press together retaining clamp (8) of radiator on right and left and release the upper frame crossmember
11	Separate plug connection (9) at hood lock on right
12	Disconnect connector (10) of the electric suction fan engine and AC with integrated control (M4/7)
13	Press the clamps (11) of the electric suction fan engine and AC with integrated control (M4/7) on the right and left and at the same time take effect of the suction fan to the top
14	Take out electric suction fan engine and AC with integrated control (M4/7) from top	Pull radiator bridge slightly forward for this step. Installation:  Ensure that the plates (12) of the suction fan are located in the mounts (13) of the radiator on right and left.
15	Install in the reverse order
16	Carry out operational check of hood lock
17	Inspect size of gap of hood
