Upper control panel control unit, task - GF54.21-P-4105-02PQ

Task 

The upper control panel control unit (N72/1) reads in the following switches and if necessary actuates their function illumination and switch and controls illumination. The information on this is transmitted or received via the Controller Area Network bus Class B (interior) (CANB).

Reading in of integrated switch: 

• ESP OFF switch (N72/1s1)
• Rear head restraints switch (N72/1s4) (model 203.0)
• Hazard warning system switch (N72/1s5)
• 'Unlock CL [ZV]' interior switch (N72/1s16)
• 'Lock CL [ZV]' interior switch (N72/1s26)

With code (873) Heated seats, left and right front seat:

• Left front HS [SIH] switch (N72/1s10)
• Right front HS [SIH] switch (N72/1s11)

For code (220) Parktronic System (PTS):

• PTS OFF switch (N72/1s8)

With code (882) Interior monitoring (with ATA only)

• IRS OFF switch (N72/1s19)

For code (551) Anti-theft alarm system (ATA [EDW]):

• TS [AS] OFF switch and ATA [EDW] function indicator (N72/1s27) (as of 1.6.06 not and )

with code (540) Electric rear window roller blind:

• Rear blind switch (N72/1s9)

Actuation and voltage supply: 

• Automatic child seat recognition airbag OFF indicator lamp (N72/1e1)
• voltage supply and CAN-B distributor unit for the lower control panel control unit (N72)
