DANGER Risk of injury  when carrying out test or repair work on airbag or emergency belt tensioner units Store airbag units with expulsion area on top, do not subject to temperatures above 100°C. Interrupt power supply when working on such units. AS91.00-Z-0001-01A

1 Remove rear seat cushion Model 203.0 except code (287a) through-loading feature AR91.12-P-1020PC 
1 Release rear seat cushion and fold forwards Model 203.0 for code (287a) through-loading feature.

2 Unclip seat adapter (9) Model 203.0 for code (287a) through-loading feature.
Models 203.2/7
IMPORTANT Lay sealing felt aside and pull seat adapter forwards at the screw clips (10).
 
3 Move seat adapter (9) out of retainer tab (11) Model 203.0 for code (287a) through-loading feature.

IMPORTANT Press to the rear in the center.
 
4 Remove seat adapter (9) Model 203.0 for code (287a) through-loading feature.
Models 203.2/7
NOTES Pay attention to retainer tab (11).
 
5 Release and remove connectors IMPORTANT Rear left emergency belt tensioner squib connectors (R12/6), rear right emergency belt tensioner squib connectors (R12/7).  
6 Unscrew screws (1) IMPORTANT Model 203.7 belt end fitting not fitted.
IMPORTANTInstallation:  ensure that the clamping bracket is locked.
 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw at belt end fitting *BA91.40-P-1001-01A 
7 Unscrew screw (2) IMPORTANTInstallation:  ensure that the clamping bracket is locked.  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw on rear belt buckle *BA91.40-P-1007-01A 
8 Remove belt buckles (3, 4, 5) IMPORTANT Model 203.7 rear center buckle (5) not fitted.
If the belt buckle with emergency belt tensioner (3, 4) is replaced, the defective unit must be properly disposed of: ↓
 
REFER TO FORMS Notes on disposal of airbag and emergency belt tensioner units   OS91.00-P-0001-01A
    Make emergency belt tensioner units unusable. AR91.40-P-0611A 
9 Install in the reverse order
