Left front seat adjustment control unit, with memory, purpose - GF91.29-P-2106-02PP

The driver-side front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/1) is connected to the Controller Area Network Bus class B (interior) (CAN-B) to exchange data and performs the following tasks:

Controlling 

• Seat adjustment function
• Recording and storage of actual position of left electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror (M21/1)
• Transmitter-key specific position storage
• Recording and storage of actual position and moving to the driver seat stored positions.
• Recording and storage of steering column adjustment functions
• Entrance and exit assist

Switching consumers using relays 

• Driver seat adjustment motor group with memory (M27) with
  • fore/aft motor (M27m1)
  • rear motor, raise and lower (M27m2)
  • front up/down motor (M27m3)
  • head restraint motor, raise and lower (M27m4)
  • backrest motor (M27m5)
• Steering column adjustment motor group (M20) with
  • motor longitudinal adjustment fore and aft (M20m1)
  • height adjustment motor up and down (M20m2)

Read in (direct) 

• Hall sensors of motors (M20m1, M20m2, M27m1, M27m2, M27m3, M27m4 and M27m5).

Direct entries 

• Circuit 30,
• Circuit 31 and
• Hall sensors of motors (M20m1, M20m2, M27m1, M27m2, M27m3, M27m4 and M27m5).

Discrete outputs 

• Voltage supply for motors (M27m1, M27m2, M27m3, M27m4 and M27m5) of driver seat and
• voltage supply for motor longitudinal adjustment, fore and aft (M20m1) and the height adjustment motor, up and down (M20m2) of steering column.
