	Remove/install
1	Remove any water residues present on the cover of the module housing prior to removing the cover.
2	Remove module housing cover.
3	Disconnect wiring harnesses (1) from module housing	The number of wiring harnesses may vary depending on the equipment package installed.
4	Check module housing, wiring, and control modules for contamination by water residues	Check visually; dry, if necessary.
5	Insulate wiring harnesses.	Use black vinyl tape (2).
		Make sure that the insulation material starts on the cable sleeve and extends all the way through onto the untwisted, smooth surface area. The minimum overall wrapping length on the engine wiring harness must be 70 mm.
6	Install wiring harnesses.	Make sure that the rubber grommets (3) are properly seated inside the module housing. (If necessary, use sliding compound to facilitate installation.)
7	Install cable strap (4) on grommet of wiper motor wiring harness next to engine wiring harness (sealing function)
8	Install control module box cover
