Connection schematic for wiring harness
- Unravel voice control system wiring harness (1) up to yellow mark (arrow).
- Tie cable lacing with green, 2-pin connector from voice control system wiring harness (1) to black, 15-pin connector (A35/11) starting at yellow marking (arrow).
Route blue/black (bl/sw) lead from the yellow marking (arrow) in the frame floor system, right wiring duct. The broken line shows the standard routing.
- Route voice control system wiring harness (1) with yellow marking from beginning of right rear wiring duct (arrow) along present leads on wheelhouse and fasten.
- Route voice control system wiring harness (1) into trunk through opening.
- Install the two connectors of the voice control system wiring harness (1) to microphone separation point (X58/3) standard connector.
- Route blue/black (bl/sw) lead in right wiring duct to wake-up signal connector (X30/8).
- Insert blue/black (bl/sw) lead into chamber 5 of present wake-up signal connector (X30/8).
- Route voice control system wiring harness (1) along present leads in trunk on right and on control equipment board and fasten.
- Connect voice control system control unit (A35/11).
- Route brown (br) lead (ground) from voice control system wiring harness (1) over right wheelhouse along present leads and fasten.
- Connect brown wire (br, ground) to ground (right wheel housing in trunk) (W7).
- Route voice control system wiring harness (1) to rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) along present leads and fasten.
- Insert green connector into free plug location (5, arrow) of rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2).
