Connection schematic for wiring harness
- Unravel voice control system wiring harness (1) up to yellow mark (arrow).
- Connect cable lacing with green, 2-pin coupling from yellow mark (arrow) to black, 15-pin coupling with insulating tape (10) to voice control system wiring harness (1).
Install blue/black (bl/sw) lead from the yellow marking (arrow) in the frame floor system, right wiring duct.
- Route voice control system wiring harness (1) with yellow marking from beginning of right rear wiring duct (arrow) along present leads on wheelhouse and fasten.
- Install the two connectors of the voice control system wiring harness (1) to microphone separation point (X58/3) standard connector.
- Route voice control system wiring harness (1) with black, 15-pin coupling, brown ground cable lacing and green, 2-pin coupling into trunk through opening.
- Route blue/black (bl/sw) lead in right wiring duct to black 10-pin wake-up signal connector (X30/8).
- Insert blue/black (bl/sw) lead into chamber 5 of existing black, 10-pin wake-up signal connector (X30/8).
- Route voice control system wiring harness (1) along existing leads in trunk on right and fasten to control unit plate.
- Connect connectors to voice control system control unit (A35/11).
- Route brown (br) line from voice control system wiring harness (1) over right wheelhouse along present lines and fasten.
- Connect brown wire (br) to ground (right wheel housing in trunk) (W7).
- Route voice control system wiring harness (1) to rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) along present leads and fasten.
- Insert green connector into free plug location (5, arrow) of rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2).
