In this case, the amplitude of the RF signal has a constant value at a random point of the antenna.

The RF signal level is at the maximum at the connection point.

A deviation in the antenna length in relation to the optimum length leads to a reduction of the RF signal level at the antenna output.

If the deviation is too large, no further HF signal is received (e.g. if the antennae are connected to the antenna amplifier incorrectly).
