	Dismantling
1	Remove jacket tube		AR46.10-P-0400A
2	Remove cup seal (71c) from lower steering shaft (80a)
3	Detach lower steering shaft (80a)	Model 140	AR46.10-P-0500-01A
		Models 170, 202, 208	AR46.10-P-0500-01B
	Checking
4	Check lateral runout of lower steering shaft (80a)	If necessary, when tolerance is exceeded: ↓	*BE46.10-P-1001-01A
		Replace lower steering shaft (80a)
5	Detach hydraulic cylinder (94) and detach from control cable	Check hydraulic cylinder: ↓
		Check fixing function of hydraulic cylinder: ↓	AR46.15-P-0550-03A
		Replace hydraulic cylinder, if necessary.
6	Remove guide screw (91b)
7	Push or pull adjusting lever or handle (93, 95) and withdraw inner jacket tube (81b) from outer jacket tube (81a)
8.1	Detach handle (95) and latching mechanism (95a) for manual steering wheel adjustment	Models 170, 208	AR46.15-P-0550-07A
9	Detach control cables (93a, 93b, 93c)	Simply turn and remove plastic clips on control cable (93e) in bracket
10	Remove and check play adjusters (92a, 92b)	Visual inspection
11	Check plastic bearing (91a)	Visual inspection, replace if necessary
12	Dismantle inner jacket tube (81b)	Model 140	AR46.10-P-0500-02A

	Assembling
13	Assemble inner jacket tube (81b)	Model 140	AR46.10-P-0500-02A

14	Insert plastic bearing (91a)
15	Lubricate inner jacket tube (81b) and push into outer jacket tube (81a)		*BR00.45-Z-1007-06A

16	Align groove (arrow) of inner jacket tube with guide screw (91b) and screw in and tighten guide screw (91b)		*BA46.10-P-1003-03A
