	Remove/Install
1	Remove engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105A
2	Unscrew bolt (1) at steering damper (2)	Only necessary if the left engine mount is removed. Installation: Install new bolt (1)

3	Take off brackets (3, 4) of ATF line (5) at bottom part of oil pan and at top part of oil pan	Only necessary if the left engine mount is removed.
4	Disconnect ATF line (5) at transmission and place to the side	Only necessary if the left engine mount is removed. Installation: Replace the sealing rings (6) of the banjo bolt.
5	Take off shield (7) at relay lever (8)	Only necessary if the right engine mount is removed.
6	Unscrew bolts (9) of the engine mounts (10) at the front axle carrier		*BA22.10-P-1001-01L
	Risk of explosion caused by oxyhydrogen gas. Risk of poisoning and caustic burns caused by swallowing battery acid. Risk of injury through burns to skin and eyes from battery acid or when handling damaged leadacid batteries	No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking. 8	Remove air cleaner housing (11).	Not on Model 170.466 Removal: Detach air cleaner housing vertically toward top from the cylinder head covers. Installation: Lightly moisten the retaining rubber on the cylinder head covers and the seal of the hot film mass air flow sensor in the air cleaner housing with lubricant.

9	Bolt bracket to supercharger	with engine 112.960 only	Fig 3
10	Fit on engine supporting frame
11	Raise engine	When raising engine, ensure that the rear of the engine does not touch the body and that the coolant lines, hydraulic lines and compressor lines are not over-tensioned.
12	Unscrew bolts (12) at engine supports (13, 14)		*BA22.10-P-1004-01L
13	Remove engine mounts (10) together with shields (15, 16)	Removal: Take out the right engine mount to the front and at the same time, push the engine slightly to the side. Take out left engine mount to the rear. Installation: The anti-twist lugs (17) of the engine mounts must be located in the notches of the engine supports on the right and left (13, 14). The anti-twist lugs (18) of the engine supports (13, 14) must be located in the recesses of the shields (15, 16).
14	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns when working in engine during starting procedure	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. 15	Check oil level in automatic transmission and correct if necessary		AR27.00-P-0101A
16	Run engine and inspect for leaks
