Removing and installing multi-contour seat air cushions - AR91.25-P-1770C

MODEL 129 as of 1.9.95 with CODE (404a) multi-contour seat, left with CODE (405a) multi-contour seat, right

	Replacement of air cushion for squab length adjustment	If the air cushion for squab length adjustment (5) leaks, this is only available together with the rubberized hair support (4)
	Removing, installing
1	Remove seat cushion (1)	Disconnect pneumatic connector for squab length adjustment (2), by pressing apart locking clip (arrows) using a small screwdriver	ra91001290055x
2	Remove driver's seat cushion cover (3)	Unhook clips (arrows) of cover on seat frame	ra91001290180x
3	Install in reverse order	Before installing the front seat cushion cover, apply pressure (max. 200 mbar) to the air cushion for squab length adjustment (5) and check for leaks
4	Check function of multi-contour seat
