Reroute interior blower wiring harness - AN83.10-P-0001-01MN

Models 215, 220 

  1. Route wiring harness for interior blower (1) from the right fuse box (F1/1) with the ring-type terminal into the footwell.
  2. Route interior blower wiring harness (1) along the existing cables to the cable connector and fuse box terminal 30 (X4/10) and fasten in place using tie straps.
  3. Connect ring-type terminal to designated M8 screw connection (see arrow).

  4. Remove brown fuse holder (35) with 40A fuse from the right fuse box (F1/1).
  5. Unpin red/yellow wire (rt/ge) from brown fuse holder (35).

    IMPORTANT The fuse holder (35) and 40A fuse are no longer required.

  6. Insert the unpinned red/yellow wire (rt/ ge) into cell 1 of the 2-pin blower fuse connector's (X64/1) coupling box.
  7. Contact 2-pin coupling to blower fuse connector's (X64/1) reciprocal connector on the interior blower wiring harness (1) and place into the right fuse box (F1/1).

  8. The fuse holder for the 40A max. fuse is to be inserted into the unused grommet breakthrough on the right fuse box (F1/1).
  9. Place interior blower wiring harness into the right fuse box (F1/1).
