Move driver's seat toward front |

Remove cover (3) from belt end fitting (4). |

Unscrew screw (5) from belt end fitting (4) |
 Installation:
When screwing on ensure that the belt end fitting (4) can still pivot. |

Loosen screw (4), press retaining clip (7) in direction of arrow with screwdriver and remove paneling (2). |
Do not unscrew screw (6) completely. |

Move driver's seat toward rear and upward |

Remove switch group (S109) from driver's seat |
|
|

Unscrew screw (8) and fold cover for stowage compartment (1) toward front |

Unscrew screws (10) below seat and screws (11) in stowage compartment. |

Completely remove stowage compartment (9) with cover |
|
|
| 10 |
Unscrew screw (12) and press stowage compartment cover (1) out at pivot points (arrows) |

|
| 11 |
Turn cover (9) in direction of arrow and remove stowage compartment |
Do not break off clamping element (13). |

Installation |

Insert tensioning strap (14) through stowage compartment cover and fasten to cover (9) |
|
|
| 13 |
Press tensioning strap (14) into carrier module for fire extinguisher (15) (arrows) and fasten in tensioned state with bending lugs |

Install in opposite order |
Steps 1 to 8 |

Clip wedge (18) into carrier module for fire extinguisher (15) (see arrows) |
|
|
| 16 |
Clip lug (17) into tensioning strap (14) and close stowage compartment |
Install fire extinguisher with handle pointing downward. |

When the scope of equipment is changed enter code or designation for corresponding special equipment in vehicle data card |
