	Remove
1	Detach connector for electric suction fan for engine and air conditioning system
2	Remove fan shroud (1)	Model 215.378, 220.178 with engine 137.970 Model 215.376, 220.176 with engine 275.950	AR20.40-P-6800AC
3	Mount guard plate upstream of radiator
	Guard plate for radiator / condenser	Model 124, 129, 140, 163, 170, 171, 202, 203, 208, 209, 210, 211, 215, 220, 230, 240, 461, 463	WF58.50-P-0110-01A
4	Turn hexagon (3) of poly-V-belt tensioning device (4) in anti-clockwise direction, until the tensioning pulley (4) can be locked with the drift (6)	Use pin with a diameter of 5 mm.
5	Remove poly-V-belt (2)
6	Remove poly V-belt tensioning device (4)
	Install
7	Install poly V-belt tensioning device (4)		*BA13.25-P-1005-01D
8	Mount poly-V-belt (2) and tension it.	Do not use wax or similar products, as this may cause poly-V-belt (2) to slip.
