1	Remove camshaft bearing bridge	Pay attention to slackening diagram.	AR05.20-P-7103AV

2	Heat camshaft bearing cap to approximately 150° C	Heat camshaft bearing cap evenly while ensuring that the temperature dos not rise beyond 160° C. Danger of changes in microstructure.

3	Place camshaft bearing support on tray (3)		Figure
4	Drive out rocker arm shaft (2)	by using a hammer to gently tap the drift punch (1) Ø 15 mm. Hitting the punch with excessive force can distort the camshaft bearing support and damage the hollow rocker arm shaft.

6	Heat camshaft bearing cap to approximately 150° C	Heat camshaft bearing cap with guide shafts and pre-mounted rocker arm and controller rocker arm evenly, not allowing the temperature to rise beyond 160° C Danger of changes in microstructure.

8	Place heated camshaft bearing support on tray (3)		Figure
9	Install rocker arm shaft (2)	The control passages (4) for the roller levers (5) must be on the top. The oil supply passages (6) in the rocker arm shaft are on the bottom (toward the cylinder head). Use gentle taps of a hammer to drive the rocker arm shaft into the camshaft bearing support, simultaneously driving out the guide shaft. Watch for tilted rocker arms and controller rocker arms.
10	Align rocker arm shaft (2)	Insert two camshaft bearing support attachment bolts through the mounting sockets on the camshaft bearing support to align the rocker arm shaft and hold it in place.
11	Install camshaft bearing bridge	Pay attention to tightening diagram.	AR05.20-P-7103AV
