	Remove/install
	Risk of poisoning  from tasting brake fluid. Injury hazard  due to skin and eye contact with brake fluid	Pour brake fluid only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.	AS42.50-Z-0001-01A

	Ignition OFF
1	Detach intake pipe (1).	Only remove intake pipe on the left.
2	Swivel ABC suspension oil reservoir to the side (see diagram)	To do this, loosen three nuts at bracket for ABC suspension oil reservoir.
3	Unscrew hydraulic lines from hydraulic unit (A7/3)	Ring wrench bit	Figure

		Seal off hydraulic lines and connections with plugs. Do not misconnect lines.

4	Unplug connector from hydraulic unit	Push bayonet lock upwards and detach plug (see arrows).
5	Removing hydraulic module	Unscrew hydraulic unit from retainer or remove complete with retainer. Unscrew mounting screws for hydraulic unit. Pull the retaining plate upwards out of the rubber mounts if necessary.
6	Install in the reverse order	Flush away with water any brake fluid which runs out.
7	Bleeding brake system	Model 215, model 220 without special protection code Z07	AR42.10-P-0010I
		Model 220 with special protection code Z07	AR42.10-P-0010MB
8	Read out fault memory
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and interrogate fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		Diagnosis system STAR DIAGNOSIS	*WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
