Prepare body flange on rear window for installation - AR67.20-P-2000-09MB

Illustrated with code (Z07) maximum protection 

1. Apply cleaner on body flange with lint-free rag in area to be glued, then dry with second rag.

   Ensure that contact strips (arrow) are free of glue residues, otherwise contact problems can occur.

2. Apply A and B-primer to bonding surface of butyl cord (1).
3. Apply butyl cord (1) to body flange.

   Start at left C-pillar, allow heating wire to extend approx. 5 cm

4. Apply glass primer to body flange (outside next to butyl cord (1), approx. 110 mm wide).
