Prepare rear window for glazing - AR67.20-P-1000-07N

Installing a new rear window 

IMPORTANT The molded rubber (1) is damaged when removing the rear window. For this reason it is not possible to re-install the rear window.

  1. Inspect new rear window for scratches and damage.
  2. Pull off protective strips of spacers (2).
  3. Clean rear window with cleaning cloth from cleaning set (Betaclean 3300) and rub finally with the drying cloth included in the cleaning set.

  4. Apply Betawipe 04604 activator to the rear window and likewise rub with a dry cloth.
  5. Shake glass primer (Betaprime 5061) vigorously and apply to the rear window in the bonding area (maximum width 20 mm).

    IMPORTANT Allow glass primer to flash off for at least 10 minutes.
