Retrofit TV tuner wiring harness - AN82.60-P-0001-03MB

Connect coupling (9) of digital TV tuner adapter line (1) to digital TV tuner (2).
Secure plug (18) to digital TV tuner adapter line (1) with self-adhesive felt.
Connect couplings (16) of digital TV tuner antenna line (3) to digital TV tuner (2).
Connect couplings (17) of adapter antenna line (8) to digital TV tuner (2).

Remove tie strap (29).

6.1 Disconnect black 6-pin coupling (20) and black 4-pin antenna line coupling (19) from digital TV tuner (A2/42).

6.2 Disconnect black 6-pin coupling (20) and black 4-pin antenna line coupling (19) from digital TV tuner (A2/42).

7 Remove black 4-pin coupling (22) and black 2-pin MOST coupling (21) from black 6-pin coupling (20).
Black 6-pin coupling (20) is no longer needed.

8 Install black 2-pin MOST coupling (21) into green 6-pin coupling (12) of digital TV tuner adapter line (1)

9 Connect green 6-pin coupling (12) of digital TV tuner adapter line (1) to TV tuner (A2/42).
10 Connect black 4-pin coupling (14) of adapter antenna line (8) from digital TV tuner (2) to TV tuner (A2/42).

11 Remove lines from black 4-pin coupling (22) of on-board wiring harness and install in same positions in black 4-pin coupling (10) provided in digital TV tuner parts kit.
Black 4-pin coupling (22) is no longer needed.

12 Connect black 4-pin coupling (10) of on-board wiring harness to black 4-pin plug (11) of digital TV tuner adapter line (1).

13 Remove antenna lines from black 4-pin antenna line coupling (19) of on-board antenna wiring harness and install in 1-pin couplings (25) provided in digital TV tuner parts kit.
The colored coding rings on the antenna lines must be removed before the antenna lines are installed in the 1-pin couplings (25). It is to be checked which of the 1-pin couplings (25) included in the digital TV tuner parts kit or ordered according to the parts ordering notes table will fit on the antenna lines. The antenna lines can be installed in any of the matching 1-pin couplings (25). 1-pin couplings (25) that are not used are no longer required. Black, 4-pin antenna line coupling (19) is no longer needed.

14 Connect 1-pin couplings (25) of on-board wiring harness to 1-pin plugs (15) of digital TV tuner antenna line (3).

15 Connect plugs (13) of digital TV tuner adapter line (1) to AV1 input of TV tuner (A2/42) - colors must match.
16 Tie back excess lengths of digital TV tuner adapter line (1), digital TV tuner adapter line (3) and adapter antenna line (8) of digital TV tuner (2) in a loop (28) next to the CD changer bracket (5) and fix in place together with the on-board wiring harnesses so that no chafing or rattling can occur.
Risk of breakage! Do not kink fiber optical cable, route over sharp edges or bend in radii smaller than 25 mm. Tensile forces on inserts must not exceed 65 N.

Do not crush fiber optic cable, and do not compress with clamps or tie straps.
