Eccentric rubber mount 

IMPORTANT If the range of adjustment of the cam bolt is not sufficient when adjusting the toe, the rubber mount installed as standard can be replaced by an eccentric rubber mount.

The toe-in can be reduced by 15" (figure A) or increased by 15" (figure B) by offsetting by 1.5 mm when pushing in the rubber mount (4b).

Remove rubber mount 

  1. Using the SPECIAL TOOL extraction and insertion tool, press the rubber mount (4b) out of the tie rod (4). IMPORTANT To do this SPECIAL TOOL use sleeve (04g) and SPECIAL TOOL thrust piece (04h).

    Install eccentric rubber mount 

  2. Press rubber mount (4b) with SPECIAL TOOL sleeve (04g) and SPECIAL TOOL thrust piece (04h) into the tie rod (4) until SPECIAL TOOL the thrust piece (04h) abuts the eye of the tie rod (arrow).
