Remove/install rear-seat backrest - AR91.12-P-1620M

MODEL 220.0 /1 with CODE (223b) Electrically adjustable rear bench seat

	Remove/Install
1	Remove rear seat cushion (1).		AR91.12-P-1020M
2	Remove lumbar support control valve for rear seat backrest		AR91.12-P-1670M
3	Unscrew screw (3) and remove cover of control valve (4)
4	Remove rear door sill molding
5	Remove rubber door seals	In the area of the backrest side paneling (5).
6	Remove backrest side paneling (5)	Ensure that retaining clamps (arrows) are seated correctly.
7	Unlock upholstery above center armrest (6) and pull out upwards	Unlocking, accessible from above on the left and right.
8	Unscrew bolts (7) from seat adjuster	Bolt for rear seat backrest to seat adjuster	*BA91.12-P-1001-02C
9.1	Disconnect electrical connector for heated seats	With electric heated seats for left and right rear seat, code 872.
9.2	Disconnect electrical connector of seat ventilation and heated seats	With seat ventilation for rear seats, code 402a.
10	Expose pneumatic line from control valve to rear seat backrest 224 of 416
11	Unscrew bolts (8) and lift up rear seat backrest (2) and remove	Bolt, rear seat backrest to rear wall. Installation:  Check belts and seat belt buckle for clearance.	*BA91.12-P-1002-02C
12	Install in the reverse order
