Remove/install rubber mount of rack-and-pinion fixing - AR46.20-P-0600-02GH

Removal: 

1. Press out split rubber mounts (21a, 21b) using a suitable tool.

   Installation 

2. Press in separated rubber bearings (21a, 21b).
