	Activation of malfunction indicator lamp for engine diagnosis (EURO3/4) or CHECK ENGINE (MIL)	after two successive driving cycles with faults

4	Checked signal or status	The ETC control module monitors the plausibility of the wheel speed signals from the control module for ASR and ESP (for Model 463: ABS control module) via the CAN data bus.
5	Test duration	approx. 1 s
6		Faults are detected by the ETC control module and sent via the CAN data bus to the ME-SFI control module. The faults are stored and the malfunction indicator lamp is activated by the ME-SFI control module. Also read out ETC diagnostic trouble code memory, fault codes 22, 23, 38.
